I live about 300 metres off a 5G tower and the insomnia has become unbearable. Feeling drained and my brain like sludge , achy joints ECT . I bought the double blanket and a beanie hat in the hope it eased my pain . I feel like a different person. I'm not getting much more sleep but how I feel when I get up is amazing.
