How many coats or how much do I need?

Measure the wall and ceiling area you want to cover and add around 10% for overlaps. Two coats of paint give the best shielding. Ask us and we'll work out quantities for your room.

Can I paint or paper over it?

Yes. Shielding paint and wallpaper are designed to sit under a normal decorative finish, so the room looks exactly as before.

Does it need grounding?

To shield low-frequency electric fields, and for electrical safety, conductive layers should be grounded by a qualified electrician using GSX tape and a grounding plate or kit.

Will it affect my own WiFi and phone signal?

Shielding blocks signals in both directions, so devices inside a fully shielded room may lose signal. Many people shield only the walls facing outside sources, such as masts or neighbours.

What are the delivery and returns terms?

Delivery is free within the UK Mainland unless this page or checkout says otherwise, the estimated delivery date is shown on this page, and selected products ship internationally. How to Use

Ensure the surface is dry, clean, stable and free from loose material.
Dilute the GK5 concentrate with water as directed by the manufacturer to make the ready-to-use primer.
Apply evenly to the surface and allow it to dry fully.
Install ECO-100/K150 shielding wallpaper carefully, following the manufacturer’s installation guidance.
Finish with your selected suitable decorative wall covering or coating.
