Terms apply. How it works
Let me ask you something.
How many hours a day do you have something wireless jammed in your ear canal? Two? Four? Eight?
Most people have no idea. That's the point.
If you're on back-to-back calls, commuting every day, or you've just decided you'd rather not have a wireless radio parked in your head from 8am to 6pm — these air-tube earphones were built for you.
Wired. Deliberate. No pairing. No charging. No "device disconnected" halfway through a client call.
You plug them in and they work. Every time.
And they don't feel cheap doing it — snug in-ear fit, thumb-reachable controls for calls and playback, and a proper carry case so they're not living loose in your bag with your keys.
Simple. But done properly.
Here's the part almost nobody explains.
In a normal wired earbud, the speaker sits right there — inside your ear. In an air-tube earphone, the speaker sits further down the cable, and the sound travels the last stretch through a small hollow tube into the tip.
Same music. Same call. The hardware just isn't sitting in your ear canal.
That's it. That's the whole idea.
People choose this style because it's a more EMF-aware design than a standard wired earbud — and because, frankly, they'd rather have their audio arriving through a tube of air than through electronics pressed against their head.
You don't need a study to justify a preference. You just need an option.
Calls. Voice notes. Podcasts on the train. Background music while you plough through your inbox.
If that's your day, this is your daily driver.
Built-in mic and inline controls — answer, hang up, skip, adjust, all without digging your phone out of your pocket mid-sentence.
Multiple ear tip sizes — because a fit that works for someone else's ear canal is useless in yours.
Clothing clip included — so the cable stays where you put it instead of yanking the bud out every time you turn your head.
Because it's one of the smallest changes you can make to your day — and you don't have to blow up your life to do it.
You're still listening. Still working. Still moving.
You just feel less tethered to the thing in your hand. And a lot more in control of what's going on around your head for eight hours straight.
Here's the thing about Bluetooth: it's invisible. And invisible things are easy to stop thinking about.
But it's still a wireless signal running in the background, all day, every day, by default. If you've decided you'd rather that wasn't your default — this is the cleaner option.
Nobody's asking you to go back to 1998. Just to make a choice instead of accepting one.
USB-C — newer phones, modern Macs, most current laptops.
3.5mm — classic headphone jack, older phones, desk setups, most audio gear.
Pick the one your device has. Plug in. Get on with your day.
One warning on adaptors: if you're going through a dongle, use an official one or a high-quality equivalent. Cheap third-party adaptors are the number one cause of dropouts, weak mic pickup and connection issues — and it's almost never the earphones' fault.
If you've caught yourself thinking "I need a better option than Bluetooth all day" — you've already made the decision.
This is the thing you were describing.
Neuroscientist Andrew Huberman discusses the importance of being mindful about daily technology exposure. Choosing simpler wired listening tools can be one way to reduce avoidable inputs whilst maintaining audio quality and comfort.
Legendary music producer Rick Rubin has spoken about the value of intentional technology choices in creative work. Many professionals are rediscovering wired air tube listening solutions as part of a more thoughtful approach to their daily tech environment and listening experience.

Electromagnetic fields, or EMFs, are part of modern life and are generated by many everyday technologies. Exposure can vary depending on the type of source, how close it is to the body, and how long it is used. Some forms of EMF exposure have been classified as possible carcinogens, while researchers and health bodies continue to study long-term effects. This section helps you better understand common sources and practical ways to reduce unnecessary daily exposure.
Air-tube earphones are wired earphones that use a small hollow tube to carry sound from the speaker to the earbud tip, rather than placing the speaker directly inside the ear.
Many people choose them because they want a more EMF-aware listening option for calls, podcasts, music, and daily phone use.
Yes. Models with an in-line mic and controls are designed to make calls easy, whether you’re working, travelling, or taking voice notes throughout the day.
That depends on the connector version you choose. USB-C models suit many newer devices, while 3.5mm models suit devices with a headphone jack or suitable adaptor.
They’re different. Bluetooth is wireless, but air-tube earphones appeal to people who want a simple plug-in option without relying on wireless audio throughout the day.
Yes. They are suitable for calls, music, podcasts, voice notes, and general everyday listening.
That depends on the ear tip fit, but they are designed to be lightweight, practical, and comfortable for regular day-to-day wear.

Great headphones. Just what I wanted. Now I can listen to podcasts on the train without worrying about radiation from blue tooth ones.
Great sound live they don’t impact me with bluentootj or emf
Really happy with my purchase; great sound quality, very comfortable, and a relief to know I'm no longer radiating my head. Nervous of breaking them though after reading a review where the wires leading to the earphones got bent and then they were kaput... so wondering if ant suggestions to prevent that....
Absolutely love my headphones. Great sound and comfortable in the ears. Would order from this company again.
Great sound. Fit well.
Great headphones
Great headphones
Great, good quality and fit . Very comfortable
Nice earphones, well made. First impression is that they’re a little underpowered in the bass range, but that’s not deal breaker.
The defender shield ear buds give good sound and hearing quality but are not too comfortable to wear particularly if i am listening in bed at night! I can't lie on my side with them in so can only use one.
Excellent quality construction and sound quality. Not quite as comfortable sitting in the ears as I’m used to, but this may improve with some trial and adjustment.
Sound quality v good. I use mainly overnight when sleepless and to reduce radiation so could be more comfortable but you can’t have everything!
I am so grateful to have these headphones which don't transmit to my head. Tested with meter and documented low to no emf.
Great customer service xx
Although it’s great to listen to music in a healthier way, I’ve gotta say for the price of the earphones the quality isn’t up to par, they often fall out and the sound quality isn’t the best. One good thing though is that I’m not getting headaches anymore switching to these from my AirPod pros.
Really uncomfortable ear buds, and they fall out easily. A lot of external noise gets in when using them outside. I liked the carry case and the wide selection of ear fittings but they weren't worth the money
Love the sound but the tubes are kinked and make it uncomfortable to wear and keep falling off because of the tension. Also the ear inserts keep falling off and I lost already almost all of them.
