Delivery & Tracking
At anti-radiation, we work with a trusted network of UK and international courier partners to deliver EMF protection, shielding and low-EMF lifestyle products safely and efficiently.
Depending on the product, delivery location, stock location, supplier and parcel size, your order may be shipped by Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Evri or another suitable courier partner.
Some products are small parcel items, while others are larger, heavier or specialist products that may require separate handling, pallet delivery, direct-from-supplier fulfilment or a pre-arranged delivery slot. Because of this, different items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately.
Small parcel orders
Standard anti-radiation items are usually dispatched through parcel courier networks. Once dispatched, tracking details will normally be sent by email or SMS.
Larger or specialist products
Larger shielding products, specialist fabrics, canopies, bedding, commercial orders or supplier-fulfilled items may have longer lead times and may require delivery arrangements to be confirmed separately.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the product type, stock location, supplier, courier service and delivery address. Please check the estimated delivery information shown on the relevant product page before placing your order.
If your order contains more than one product, each item may have a different dispatch time or delivery estimate. Where this applies, items may be sent in separate parcels or delivered on different days.
For larger shielding products, specialist equipment, pre-order items or products supplied directly from one of our fulfilment partners, delivery may be arranged separately after your order or quote has been confirmed.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will usually receive a tracking link by email or SMS, depending on the contact details provided at checkout and the courier used.
Tracking can sometimes take a little time to update after dispatch, especially when a parcel is first collected, transferred between courier depots or handed over to a local delivery partner.
If you have not received tracking information and your estimated dispatch window has passed, please contact us at info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number and we will be happy to help.
Delivery Charges
UK Mainland
We offer free delivery on orders delivered within the UK Mainland unless a product page, quote or checkout notice states otherwise.
Larger, heavier or specialist products may require a custom delivery quote, especially where pallet freight, access checks, timed delivery or direct supplier fulfilment is required.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Jersey and Northern Ireland may require an additional delivery charge depending on the product, courier and location.
To confirm delivery costs before purchase, contact us with the product name, quantity and delivery postcode.
International Delivery
We can ship selected anti-radiation products internationally, including to parts of Europe, North America, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and other supported regions.
International delivery availability depends on the product, destination country, courier network, local restrictions, parcel size and shipping cost. In some cases, we may need to contact you after purchase to confirm the most suitable delivery method.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if the delivery address is in a remote, restricted or unusually high-cost location that cannot be serviced reasonably by our courier network.
Customs, Import Duties & Taxes
For UK orders, any applicable UK delivery handling is normally included unless stated otherwise on the product page, quote or checkout.
For orders delivered outside the UK, the customer is responsible for any customs charges, import duties, local taxes, brokerage fees or clearance costs charged by the destination country or courier.
These charges are set by local authorities and courier networks, not by anti-radiation, and they may need to be paid before your parcel is released for delivery.
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, severe weather, public holidays, peak delivery periods, stock movements, supplier dispatch times or unexpected network disruption.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you updated using the contact details provided at checkout.
Missed, Failed or Undeliverable Deliveries
Please make sure your delivery address, postcode, email address and phone number are correct at checkout. Couriers may use these details to provide tracking updates, delivery options or collection instructions.
If a courier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, returns the parcel to sender, or leaves the parcel at a local collection point and it is not collected in time, additional charges may apply.
Where a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, missed collection or lack of response to courier notifications, any return shipping fees, redelivery fees or handling costs may be deducted from any applicable refund.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of an order without prior agreement from anti-radiation, the parcel may be returned to the sender by the courier.
In this situation, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping charges, courier handling fees and related costs. These charges may be deducted from any refund due.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking shows that your parcel has not moved for an unusual period, or your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us as soon as possible at info@anti-radiation.co.uk.
For standard parcel deliveries, please notify us within 18 days of placing your order if your parcel has not arrived and tracking has not confirmed delivery. Courier investigations are time-sensitive, and reporting delays may limit our ability to raise a lost parcel claim, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
For larger, specialist, pre-order or quote-based products with longer stated lead times, the delivery estimate shown on the product page or agreed in writing will apply instead.
