Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.
You're welcome to open the packaging to inspect your item. If a change-of-mind return comes back without its original packaging, or with packaging too damaged to resell it in, or needing cleaning before it can be resold, we deduct up to 10% to cover replacement packaging or cleaning.
