Refund policy
We're committed to your satisfaction and understand that occasionally a return may be necessary. That's why we offer 30-day returns on most products, so you can shop with confidence.
Return timeframe
- Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item.
- You then have a further 16 days to send it back.
To start a return, email info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number, or message our live chat. Our team will send you full return instructions.
Return conditions
- Authorisation is required before returning any item.
- Items must be complete and in their original packaging.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Please use a tracked and insured service.
- Once the item has been inspected, we will confirm your refund and process it within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Restocking
If a change-of-mind return has been used, or is not in its original packaging and resaleable condition, we deduct 10% to cover inspection, testing and repackaging. Items returned with damage caused after delivery may have a larger deduction to reflect the loss in value.
Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Reporting damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please tell us within 2 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) about any item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or missing, or any other delivery issue, by emailing info@anti-radiation.co.uk or messaging our live chat.
Non-returnable items
- Items used in a way that compromises hygiene, such as earphones or headphones that have been worn.
- Cut-to-size orders (fabrics, curtains, canopies, films and other blocking materials).
- Any other product marked as non-returnable in the Returns section of its product page.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@anti-radiation.co.uk or through our live chat.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
- Orders already dispatched follow the standard returns process above, and return postage applies.
Delivery
We look after every order through to delivery and keep you updated with an estimated delivery date. If you have any concerns about your delivery, contact us and we'll look into it straight away.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer manufacturer warranties on selected brands:

Products not listed above do not come with a warranty.
Warranty covers: manufacturing defects or malfunctions arising from normal use, with one repair or replacement (including return shipping) if the claim is approved.
Not covered: damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications or wear and tear; consequential or incidental losses such as loss of use or business income; claims made in bad faith or involving suspected fraud.
How to claim: email info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number, a description of the fault and 3-4 photos of the issue. We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product once and cover return postage.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer and your order is eligible under EU consumer law, you may have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

Please note that some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, including goods that are made to order, clearly personalised, sealed hygiene-sensitive goods once unsealed, and other products excluded under applicable consumer law.
