30-day returns. Let us know within 14 days of delivery that you would like to return your item, then you have a further 16 days to send it back. To start a return, email info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number or message our live chat.

Items must be complete and in their original packaging, and are returned at your cost using a tracked service. We refund within 14 days of receiving the item back.

You're welcome to open the packaging to inspect your item. If a change-of-mind return comes back without its original packaging, or with packaging too damaged to resell it in, or needing cleaning before it can be resold, we deduct up to 10% to cover replacement packaging or cleaning. Nothing is deducted for items that arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect; please tell us about these within 2 days of delivery.

EMF meters and detectors: once used, a meter can no longer be sold as new, so if a change-of-mind return of a meter has been used we deduct 10% from the refund to reflect this loss in value. Nothing is deducted for an unused meter returned complete and in its original packaging.

Warranty

Gigahertz offer a 2 year warranty on all meters. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation.

This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, abuse, accident, natural disaster or non-factory authorised modification or repair. This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the published instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product by the owner. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.
