We recommend gentle handwashing and hand drying as continued use with a high level of agitation in a washing machine can prematurely break down the shielding material. Hand washing and hang drying will preserve the life and efficacy of the product.
Returns
You can request to return your item within fourteen days of delivery and return it to us within sixteen daysafter your request. The customer is responsible for the item's return shipping cost. Items must be in new, sellable condition and with all the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please email info@anti-radiation.co.uk. We will provide you with an address to send your return to. The customer must notify Anti-radiation of any damage within the first two days of delivery. If you find any damaged goods within this period, please inform us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
Warranty
We offer a 1 year manufacturer warranty on this product. This warranty extends only to the purchaser and terminates upon ownership transfer. It does not extend to commercial or institutional use or installation. This warranty is void if the device is subject to alteration, misuse, accident or repair.
This warranty is also void if the device has been operated or maintained in deviation from the provided instructions. The guarantee extends only to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages resulting from the mishandling of the product. This warranty does not cover any normal wear and tear due to usage.
The hat fits well and the colour is perfect for his job (he works around a lot of grease and dirt). Best of all, no more headaches when he works near 5G!

Absolutely love the concept
I love the hat.. I definitely can see it being problematic if you have a big head and it not fitting. Mine fits but is snug. I do wish you could adjust it more. Only qualm is i wish they made the rf mesh extend out to the bill cap instead of it just civering the top of head for more extensive protection. On that note, I have bought quite a few items from Defendershield because of the quality.... I came from an RF safe sleeve over to defendershield phone sleeve and havent looked back since. Defendershields an industry standard known amongst anti EMF/Radiation Frequency crowd. You really cant go with their products. You know the saying.. You get what you pay for.. abd its no different with Defendershields products. I also own the Winter Beanie which I perfer to wear in winter over the hat cause it covers more area on my head. Still a great product if you happen to drive around or be by 5g towers etc
