Returns

You may request a return within fourteen days of delivery and must return the item to us within sixteen days of making your request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused, in new and sellable condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

To initiate a return, please email info@anti-radiation.co.uk. We will provide the appropriate return address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us of any damage as soon as possible, preferably within two days of delivery. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Warranty

This product includes a one-year manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal domestic use.

The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised alterations or repairs, commercial or institutional use, failure to follow the supplied instructions, or normal wear and tear. This warranty is additional to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
