Delivery & Fulfilment

We offer delivery within the UK Mainland through our trusted supply chain of carriers. 

This includes, but is not limited to Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx and Evri. Due to current demand, storage locations and product weights, each brand within the order may be given a different delivery slot.

Delivery times can vary considerably for each type of product and brand, therefore please check the delivery duration provided on the product page to know how long your order will take to be delivered.  If you do have any questions about delivery times,  contact us at info@anti-radiation.co.uk and we will be happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Delivery Charges

All orders delivered within the UK have free delivery. Orders shipped outside of this area may incur a fee.

Anti-Radiation will pay for any custom, import or taxes within the UK if they are due for your delivery. Please contact info@anti-radiation.co.uk and we will reimburse any applicable charges you encounter. If your delivery is for outside of the UK, then these costs are the responsibility of the customer.

UK Highlands & Islands

Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Guernsey, Jersey, Scottish Highlands/Islands and Northern Ireland (excludes Gibraltar, see International).

We offer paid delivery to UK Highlands & Islands depending on your location. Please contact us at info@anti-radiation.co.uk if you are thinking of purchasing outside of Mainland UK and we can provide a cost for this based on your order type and quantity.

International Orders

We offer International delivery service for DefenderShield and other brand products to the America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Asia and Europe.

Please note, we reserve the right to cancel an order once it is processed if the address and location is within a remote or rural area with larger than usual courier fees.

Undeliverable Orders

After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, we cannot be held responsible for the costs associated with returning the parcel to its original destination and/or sending the item back for further delivery. Any such expenses will be deducted from applicable refunds. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a successful delivery. Alternatively, if the parcel is available for pick up at your local postal office and we notify you twice regarding the last day for pick up and the item is not collected by this date, the customer will still be charged for the purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Time may be added to the estimated delivery dates to account for any delays in the delivery network due to unexpected disruptions or increased delivery volume (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events & courier delays, peak seasons, etc.).

Refused Deliveries

If you choose to refuse delivery of your order, please be aware that additional charges may apply. When parcels are returned to our fulfilment centre as a result of delivery refusal, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees and handling costs. These fees will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.

Delivery Notification and Claim Policy

If your item has not been delivered within 18 days of placing your order, please notify us immediately. We must be informed within this 18-day period as we are only able to follow up with our courier within this time frame. Unfortunately, any orders or notifications to Anti-radiation for undelivered parcels received after this window cannot be 'reported as lost,' and no refunds or replacements will be provided for such cases.
