We’re committed to your satisfaction and understand that occasionally, a return may be necessary. That’s why we offer a 30-day return policy on most products, so you can shop with confidence.
Return Timeframe:

You have 14 days from receipt to notify us if you wish to return an item.

Once approved, you will have an additional 16 days to send the item back.
To begin your return, please email info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number. Our team will provide full return instructions.
Return Conditions:

Items must be in new condition, unused, undamaged, and in all original packaging.

Authorisation is required before returning any item.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Once inspected at our premises, we will notify you regarding your refund eligibility.

If an item is returned in a used or unsellable state, we cannot accept the return.
Reporting Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Items:
We operate a strict 2-day reporting period for issues such as:

Items that are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing.

Any delivery-related issues (e.g. delays, packaging concerns, incomplete shipments).
Please notify us within 2 days of delivery or the expected delivery date by emailing info@anti-radiation.co.uk.
We are unable to resolve or accept returns for issues reported after the 30-day return period or beyond the 14-day notification window.
Postage fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and resale reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that:

Show signs of use, such as scratches, marks, indentations, chipping, or warping.

Contain earwax or have been used in a way that compromises hygiene or resale condition.

Are returned without original packaging.

Are delivered with minor imperfections not reported within the 2-day window.
Some products may also be non-returnable due to their nature, location, or size. These exceptions are clearly marked on the individual product page under the product page Returns tab.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please follow the returns process and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@anti-radiation.co.uk or call 01708 872308.

Orders cancelled before fulfilment will be refunded in full.

Orders already dispatched must go through the standard returns process, and return postage fees will apply.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer manufacturer warranties on selected brands:

Products not listed above do not come with a warranty.
Warranty Coverage:

Manufacturing defects or malfunctions that arise from normal usage.

One-time repair or replacement, including return shipping if the claim is approved.
Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, or wear and tear.

Consequential or incidental damages, such as loss of use or business income.

Claims made in bad faith or involving suspected fraud.
How to Claim:
Email info@anti-radiation.co.uk with your order number, a detailed description of the fault and 3-4 photos of the issue.
We may request the item to be returned for inspection. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product once and cover return postage.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
