How to Use

Before ordering, measure your bed, ceiling height and available space around the bed. For best results, use an RF meter to confirm where the strongest signals are entering the sleeping area.

The canopy is designed to be ceiling mounted around the bed. It should be suspended carefully so that the fabric surrounds the sleeping area and openings can be closed when in use.

The canopy may require suitable dowels, mounting hardware and suspension materials depending on your room setup. These are usually sourced separately to suit the ceiling, room layout and installation method.

If there is living space below your bedroom or you suspect signals are coming from beneath the bed, a floor shielding solution may be recommended alongside the canopy.

No. Ventus is not externally conductive, so grounding is not required.

Should I add a floor sheet?

A floor sheet may be useful if the bedroom is above another living space, router, smart meter area or neighbouring flat. A canopy mainly shields from the sides and above, while floor shielding can help reduce signals from below.

Can I order a custom size?

Warranty

Swiss Shield Ventus custom bed canopies are covered against manufacturing faults under normal use and correct handling.

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, incorrect installation, unsuitable sizing selected by the customer, damage caused by cutting, tearing, misuse, improper washing, normal wear and tear, poor handling, or use outside the intended purpose.
