You may request a return within fourteen days of delivery and must return the item to us within sixteen days of making your request. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items must be unused, in new and sellable condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
To initiate a return, please email info@anti-radiation.co.uk. We will provide the appropriate return address. Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us of any damage as soon as possible, preferably within two days of delivery. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

This product includes a one-year manufacturer warranty for the original purchaser. The warranty covers manufacturing defects arising during normal domestic use.

Although it’s great to listen to music in a healthier way, I’ve gotta say for the price of the earphones the quality isn’t up to par, they often fall out and the sound quality isn’t the best. One good thing though is that I’m not getting headaches anymore switching to these from my AirPod pros.

Sorry the fit and sound quality haven’t met expectations though. The “falling out” issue is usually down to getting the right seal/position for your ear shape, so we’d love to help you . The defender shield ear buds give good sound and hearing quality but are not too comfortable to wear particularly if i am listening in bed at night! I can't lie on my side with them in so can only use one.

I bought these headphones for my son. He is on the computer all the time and I wanted him to use headphones that protect him as opposed to the wireless headphones that most teenagers are using today. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is a nice headset and I could easily adjust it to the size of my head. It is comfortable and the quality of sound is acceptable. I work from home a lot and mostly used a Jabra noise cancelling headset which easily lasted 2 years. I am getting used to Defender Shield one and the benefit of radiation free phone calls seems to be the main advantage.
